Mine came working right out of box but recharged it under full sun for another 6 hours before use. Very pleased. Hope it lasts.

Helps light up a longer path that gets darker in the middle areas between some buildings. works great on these so ar doesn’t seem to burn through the batteries yet or anything. even in winter seem to get enough light to charge well.
