Drug Charges, Condon
A man has been charged with drug offences following a vehicle intercept on Riverway Drive, Condon overnight.
At about 1am this morning police from Townsville located the vehicle acting suspiciously in Condon. A search of the vehicle was conducted. It will be alleged police have located a number of dangerous drugs and drug utensils within the vehicle.
A 31-year-old man from Giru was charged with two counts of possessing dangerous drugs, possess drug utensils, possess property suspected of been acquired for committing drug offences and fail to dispose of a syringe.
He is expected to appear at the Townsville Magistrates Court on September 19.
