A good speed in the School zone!

Have you seen these Volunteers in Policing out and about during Queensland Road Safety Week?

Jim and John visit school zones recording speeds that motorists are travelling at while the zone is active.

Well this week the results are in and a total of 1,076 vehicles were checked in school zones with a total of 232 being over the limit.

The highest speed recorded through a school zone this week was between 61 km/h and 64 km/h and there were 19 between 56 km/h and 60 km/h.
