Missing mother and two sons, Belgian Gardens
Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a missing mother and her two sons from Belgian Gardens (Townsville).
The three were last seen in Bundock Street on August 31 at around 11.30am, however have not made contact with friends or family since.
Police hold concerns for their welfare due to the absence of contact and the woman suffers from a medical condition.
The 29-year-old woman (pictured) is described as Aboriginal in appearance, 170cm tall, black hair and brown eyes.
The woman was last seen wearing a black and white shirt and shorts.
The woman is also believed to be in the company of her 3-year-old and 5-month-old boys.
Any members of the public who may have information in relation to the whereabouts of the woman and the two boys are asked to contact police.
