Update: Appeal for witnesses – traffic crash, Toowoomba
Police would like to thank the media and the public for their assistance into the investigation of a traffic crash in Toowoomba on Saturday, September 9.
A witness has come forward and assisted the Forensic Crash Unit with their inquiries.
Around 9.20am, a green 2002 Holden Commodore with Queensland Registration 591 XJI was travelling north along Toowoomba Karara Road before leaving the road and impacting with a tree.
The driver of the vehicle, a 35-year-old man, was transported by air to the Princess Alexandra Hospital where he is in a critical but stable condition.
