Drug charges, Innisfail Estate: Detectives from the Innisfail criminal investigation branch have charged a 32-year-old Innisfail Estate woman and a 34-year-old Upper Daradgee man with a number of drug and weapon offences.

On September 15, officers executed a search warrant around 1pm at a Tierney Street address, Innisfail Estate.

As a result of the search offices will allege they locate ammunition, knuckledusters, an amount of pseudoephedrine, steroids, glass pipes scales and containers.

The 34-year-old man was charged with one count each of possess dangerous drugs schedule 1 drug quantity of or exceeding scheduled 3 but not schedule 4, possessing a relevant substance or thing, possess property suspected of having been used in connection with the commission of a drug offence, possess property suspected of having been acquired for the purpose of a drug offence and unlawful possession of a weapon

The 32-year-old woman was charged with one count each of possess utensils, unlawful possession of a weapon, possessing a relevant substance or thing, possess property suspected of having been used in connection with the commission of a drug offence, possess property suspected of having been acquired for the purpose of a drug offence and two counts of possess dangerous drugs.

The pair are scheduled to appear at the Innisfail Magistrates Court on October 16.

Break and enter, Flying Fish Point: Police are investigating a break and enter that occurred at a Maud Street, Flying Fish Point address between 9pm and 10pm on September 18.

An unknown person has forced open a door to a sports room.

Entry to Vehicles, East Innisfail: Police are investigating the attempting stealing of two vehicles from Mary Street, Innisfail between 6pm September 17 and 6am September 18.

Unknown offenders have gained entry to two unlocked vehicles at the address. An amount of money was stolen from one vehicle and one of the vehicles was pushed about five meters down the road.
