Armed robbery with violence, Waterford West
Detectives from Logan Criminal Investigation Branch have charged a man after two man were allegedly robbed and threatened with knives in Waterford West yesterday.
At around 8.20am, a 24-year-old and a 37-year-old man attended an address on Clearview Street.
A short time later, it will be alleged three men armed with knives arrived and demanded personal property from them, leaving with a vehicle.
No one was physically injured during the robbery.
One of the men, a 19-year-old from Loganlea, has been charged with two counts each of armed robbery and is expected to appear in the Beenleigh Magistrates Court tomorrow, October 3.
The vehicle was located at an Edward Court address at Loganlea yesterday afternoon.
Investigations are continuing.
