Suspicious fire, Gladstone
Police are investigating a suspicious fire which occurred in Gladstone this morning.
At 6.30am, emergency services were called to the address of an abandoned house on Central Lane in Gladstone CBD.
Upon arrival, officers found the dwelling fully engulfed in flames and extensively damaged.
Initial inquiries suggest the fire started underneath the house.
A crime scene has been declared as police work to determine the cause of the fire.
Investigations are continuing.
