Traffic Crash, Annandale
Police have charged a man after he allegedly crashed a vehicle into a home at Annandale last night.
It will be alleged around 10pm the 45-year-old Annandale man was travelling along Woodbine Drive when he lost control and drove into a house.
The occupants of the home were uninjured.
Police will further allege that the driver recorded a positive blood alcohol concentration (BAC) of 0.230%, more than four times the legal limit.
The man was charged with drink driving, driving without due care and attention and driving an unregistered vehicle.
He man is expected to appear at the Townsville Magistrates Court November 2.
