Drug Charges, Innisfail: A 22-year-old Mourilyan man was charged with possession of a dangerous drug.
Around 8pm Tuesday night police were talking to the man on Ernest Street, while speaking with the man it will be alleged he has thrown a clip seal bag on to the ground.
Officers will allege the bag contained a quantity if cannabis.
He is due to appear at the Innisfail Magistrates Court on October 30.
Charges, Innisfail: A 32-year-old Innisfail man was charged with a number of offences Tuesday afternoon.
It will be alleged the man has gained entry to a vehicle parked outside a premises on Rankin Street, Innisfail on September 13.
He has stolen a bag from the vehicle and has fraudulently used a credit card from the bag.
He was located by police around 11:30 am on October 10 and was charged with two counts each of fail to appear in accordance of undertaking, fraud and one count of enter premises.
He is scheduled to appear at the Innisfail Magistrates Court on October 16
