Police vehicle rammed, Mount Gravatt East

Police are investigating a dangerous operation of a motor vehicle incident that occurred this morning at Mount Gravatt East which resulted in damage to a police vehicle.

Around 10am, officers attempted to intercept an allegedly stolen white Holden Colorado utility in the drive-thru of a Pine Mountain Road fast food restaurant.

The driver of the ute drove towards the police vehicle, hitting it before speeding away and colliding with another vehicle and bin in the carpark.

The ute was last seen travelling on Creek Road.

The two male officers, a senior constable and constable, were uninjured in the incident.

Police are seeking public assistance to identify the male driver, a male front seat passenger and female rear passenger.
