Traffic infringement: A 37-year-old Redlynch man was issued with a $378 infringement notice on Sunday afternoon.
Police from the Innisfail Road Policing Unit will allege that at around 1:50pm the man has failed to stop at a stop sign on Reid Road, Wongaling Beach.
Drink driver, Bingle Bay: A 53-year-old Bingle Bay woman had her license suspended and was issued with a notice to appear at the Tully Magistrates Court on November 23, in relation to a drink driving charge.
The woman was intercepted on Cutten Street, Bingle bay around 12:40pm on Sunday afternoon for a roadside breath test.
She returned a positive result and was transported to Mission Beach Police Station for further testing.
It will be alleged she returned a reading of 0.073 percent BAC.
Damaged vehicle, Innisfail: Police are investigating damage to a vehicle on Campbell Street, Innisfail.
Between 7pm October 28 and 1am October 29, an unknown person has caused damage to the bonnet of a white 2016 Toyota Hilux.

Drugs located, Babinda: Around 11:30pm Saturday night police attended a Peever Street, Babinda address in relation to another matter, while at the address officers will allege they located a quantity of cannabis and a bong.
A 27-year-old Babinda man was charged with one count each of possessing a dangerous drug and possessing a drug utensil.
He is scheduled to appear at the Innisfail Magistrates Court on November 27.
