Armed robbery, Durack
Police are investigating the armed robbery of a man in Durack last night have released vision of two men that may be able to assist with their inquiries.
Initial investigations indicate around 11.20pm, the 20-year-old man left a bus stop on Durella Street and was walking home through Durack Common Park when he was grabbed from behind by a man.
A second man, armed with a knife, demanded the victim empty his pockets.
The victim handed over his phone and wallet with the two men demanding his PIN, which he complied, before they fled on foot.
A short time later the victim contacted his bank, who informed him two separate withdrawals had been made at Inala Plaza just prior to 11.30pm.
One man is described as Pacific Islander in appearance, muscular build, approximately 182cm tall and wearing a sleeveless shirt.
The second man is described as Caucasian in appearance, 175cm tall with a slim build, facial stubble and wearing a hoodie.
No one was injured as a result of the incident.
Police are appealing for anyone who has relevant CCTV or dashcam vision to contact police.
Investigations are continuing.
