Burglar entering home metres from resident remains unseen, South Mackay
In broad daylight, a burglar has entered a Norris Street home in South Mackay through an open front door. The resident at the time was standing only five metres away in the kitchen. The burglar was quiet and unfortunately remained unseen.
The burglary happened between 2pm and 3pm on August 13.
Stolen was a handbag containing hundreds of dollars in cash, bank cards, identification details and a leather wallet.
