Speeding, Bilyana: A 21-year-old Heatley man was issued with a $420 infringement notice around 12:40pm on Tuesday October 3.
It will be alleged the man was travelling at 127km/h in a 100km/h zone on the Bruce Highway at Bilyana.
Stealing offence, Innisfail: A 29-year-old woman and 19-year-old male international tourist were charged with shop stealing on October 2.
It is alleged the pair have entered the Edith Street store around 2pm on Tuesday afternoon and stole food items before leaving the store without paying.
The pair were issued with a notice to appear at the Innisfail Magistrates Court on October 16.
Drink driver, South Johnstone: A 41-year-old Belvedere woman was charged with drink driving on Tuesday night.
The woman was intercepted on Hynes Street, South Johnstone around 8pm for a roadside breath test.
It will be alleged the woman returned a reading of 0.064 per cent BAC.
Her license was suspended and she is scheduled to appear at the Innisfail Magistrates Court on October 30.
