Driving under the influence of alcohol: Innisfail Road Policing Unit have charged a 30-year-old female international tourist for drink driving on Thursday afternoon.
The woman was intercepted for a traffic matter around 5:30pm on Tully Mission Beach Road.
Officers conducted a breath test it will be alleged she provided a positive result of 0.065 per cent BAC.
She was issued with a notice to appear at the Tully Magistrates Court.
Innisfail Police intercepted a 53-year-old New South Wales man around 4:30am Friday morning on Ernest Street, Innisfail for a roadside breath test.
It will be alleged the man returned a reading of 0.079 per cent BAC.
He was charged with low range drink driving, his licence was suspended for 24 hours and he is scheduled to appear at the Innisfail Magistrates Court on December 4.

Drugs Located, Mourilyan: Police executed a search warrant at a Mourilyan Harbour Road address on Wednesday morning.
As a result of the search it will be alleged officers located a large quantity of cannabis, a number of ecstasy tablets, and drug utensils.
A 19-year-old Mourilyan man was charged with two counts of possessing a dangerous drug, and one count each of possessing a drug utensil, possessing anything used in commission of a crime defined in part 2.
He is scheduled to appear at the Innisfail Magistrates Court on November 6.
Wilful damage, Mourilyan: Police are investigating damage to a vehicle on Mill Street, Mourilyan.
Between midnight and 4am on October 11 a light on a vehicle parked at the address was damaged.
