Vehicle damaged, Edith Street, Innisfail: Police are investigating a vehicle that was damaged in a parking bay on Edith Street, Innisfail on Thursday August 10.
The grey Audi Q3 was parked in the bay around 8am on Thursday when the vehicle has received damage to the rear left bumper.
The damage is consistent with a vehicle hitting the Audi.
Police are urging anyone with any information to contact Crime Stoppers or Innisfail Police Station on 4061 5777 and quote reference number QP1701397775.
Disturbance, Tully: Two men and a woman were each issued with a $756 infringement notice for violent behaviour near a licensed premises.
Police were called to a disturbance outside a Butler Street business around 1:30am Saturday night.
It will be alleged two, 22-year-old men and a 24-year-old woman, who are all known to each other, were on Butler street fighting with one another.
Charges, Innisfail: Three men aged 17, 18 and a 20-year-old, all from Innisfail were charged with one count each of burglary and unlawful use of a motor vehicle.
It will be alleged the three men gained entry to a Mary Street address around 4am on Sunday morning and removed a black bag and keys to a vehicle.
The men have driven the vehicle a short distance along Mary Street, before abandoning the vehicle, and taking money from a wallet.
The three men were located a short distance away and were charged.
The men are scheduled to appear at the Innisfail Magistrates Court on August 21.
