Stolen Bike, Innisfail: A white and blue Tourex brand Mountain Bike (pictured) was stolen from a flying fish point address between 8am and 2pm on August 29.

Police are urging any witnesses to the incident or anyone with information to contact the Innisfail Police Station on 4061 5777 or police link 131 444 and quote reference number QP1701522680.

High Speed Driver, Daveson: A 24-year-old Tully man was issued with a $588 infringement notice around 3pm on September 9.

Officers from the Innisfail Road Policing Unit intercepted the man on the Bruce Highway, Daveson allegedly travelling at 134km/h in a 100km/h zone.

Public nuisance charge, Innisfail Estate: A 19-year-old Innisfail Estate man was issued with a $378 infringement notice on Saturday afternoon.

Police were called around 3pm to a community event at a Flying fish point Road address where the man was threatening organisers of the event.

The man was removed from the area and issued with the infringement notice.
