Truck Rollover, Innisfail: Innisfail Police are continuing their investigations after a truck rolled onto its side on Tuesday August 29 on Station Street.
At about 10:30am, the Prime Mover was towing a semi-trailer carrying approximately 28 Tonnes of Bananas. Initial investigations show the truck was turning right from Edith Street onto Station Street where it has overturned.
The truck and trailers have collided with another two vehicles that were parked on Station Street which were fortunately unoccupied at the time.
The 33-year-old South Mission Beach man driving the truck was also lucky and received no injuries. Investigations into the rollover are still continuing.
Stolen Bicycle Innisfail: Police are investigating a report of a stolen bicycle from Innisfail State High School on Tuesday August 29.
Sometime during school hours the blue and white coloured 26-inch Tourex boys bike has been taken from the bike racks located within the school grounds.
