Stolen Bike, Innisfail Estate: Two bicycles were stolen from the front of a Katoora Street, Innisfail Estate address.
A light green and black BMX and a light blue and orange Tourex brand Mountain Bike (similar bikes pictured) was stolen between 3pm September 15 and 10am September 18.


Police are urging any witnesses to the incident or anyone with information to contact the Innisfail Police Station on 4061 5777 or police link 131 444 and quote reference number QP1701639878.

Wilful damage, Innisfail: A 25-year-old Innisfail man was charged with two counts of wilful damage on Wednesday evening.

Police will allege on September 13 between 10:30pm and 11pm the man has removed a gas canister from a forklift parked at a business on Fitzgerald Esplanade. He has proceeded to hit a parked van’s windscreen with the canister.

It will be further alleged he then approached a fenced enclosure on Edith Street and has climbed the fence and jumped on the bonnet and roof of the vehicle parked in the enclosure.

The man is scheduled to appear at the Innisfail Magistrates Court on October 30.

Break and Enter, Innisfail: Police are investigating a break and enter that occurred at a Rankin Street address between 4:30pm September 18 and 10am September 19.

Initial investigations suggest an unknown person has gained entry by damaging a padlock to gain entry to the property and have stolen a band new Jumbuck four burner barbecue that was still in its box.

Break and enter, Flying Fish Point: Police are investigating the theft of a bag from a Ruby Street, Flying Fish Point address between September 16 and 17.

Between 6pm September 16 and 1:30am September 17, an unknown person has gained entry to the Ruby Street address and stole a backpack containing money and personal cards.
