Stealing, Tully: Tully police are investigating the theft of property from a Hyatt Street, Tully address.

Between 2pm August 19 and 2pm August 22 a person has gained entry to the carport area of the house and stole a 42 inch television.

Police are urging anyone with any information to contact Crime Stoppers or their local Police Station and quote reference number QP1701468619.

Traffic crash, Edith Street: Around 5pm Tuesday afternoon a white Toyota Hilux has collided with the rear of another car at the intersection of Edith and Ernest Street, Innisfail and has failed to stop.

The driver of the Hilux a 26-year-old Wangan man was located a short time later at a Wangan address, he was issued with a defect notice for his vehicle.

Investigations are continuing in relation to the traffic crash.

Traffic offences, Belvedere: A 25-year-old Edmonton woman was issued with a notice to appear at the Innisfail Magistrates Court on September 18 for unlicensed driving.

Officers from the Innisfail road policing unit intercepted the woman on the Palmerston Highway around 3:30pm on August 21, for allegedly exceeding the speed limit.

Whilst speaking with the woman it will be alleged her license had expired.
