Found handheld radio:

The pictured handheld radio was handed into the Innisfail Police station.

The radio was found between October 16 and October 20 on the path near the front of the Innisfail Court House, on Rankin Street.

Drug charges, Innisfail: Around 9pm on Tuesday October 24, police attended a Wattle Street address in relation to a disturbance.

Whilst at the address police will allege they located a drug utensil.

A 41-year-old Coconuts man was charged with possess drug utensil and is scheduled to appear at the Innisfail Magistrates Court on November 13.

Drug Charges, Mourilyan: Police intercepted a 38-year-old Manoora man around 4am on Tuesday morning on the Bruce Highway, Mourilyan for a road side breath test.

While speaking with the driver officers conducted a search of the vehicle.

Officer will allege they located a quantity of cannabis and a number of lyrica tablets and drug utensils.

The man was charged with one count each of unlawfully possessing a dangerous drug, possessing a drug utensil, possessing a restricted drug.

He is scheduled to appear at the Innisfail Magistrates Court on November 20.
