Assault, Innisfail: Police are investigating an assault that occurred at a intersection of Lily Street and Ernest Street, around 2.30am on Saturday October 14.
The male victim was at a business when an argument has ensued between him and two men. One of the men has head butted the victim and punched the victim.
The victim attended the Innisfail Hospital for treatment to minor injuries.

Drug Driver, Vasa Views: A 30-year-old Leeton man was intercepted around 11:40am on October 15 on the Bruce Highway, Vasa Views for a roadside drug test.
It will be alleged he returned a positive result.
The relevant samples have been forwarded to a laboratory testing facility for scientific analysis and officers will await those results before determining further enforcement action.
Traffic Crash, Camp Creek: Police are investigating a single vehicle traffic crash that occurred around 7am on Sunday morning.
Initial investigation suggest the 56-year-old South Johnstone man was driving a Mitsubishi Triton when he has lost control of the vehicle on Number One Branch Road, Camp Creek, the vehicle has hit a train line and has over turned.
The man was transported to Innisfail Hospital for minor injuries.
Investigations are continuing.
Drink Driver, South Innisfail: A 24-year-old Webb woman was intercepted on Riley Street, Innisfail for a road side breath test.
She provided a positive result and was transported to Innisfail Police Station for further testing.
The woman’s licence was suspended and she has been charged with driving under the influence of liquor after she allegedly returned a breath alcohol concentration of 0.122 percent BAC.
