Cyber safety talk for Eton District Schools
On Thursday August 31, I visited grade five and six students from Oakenden State School, Homebush State School and North Eton State School attended the Eton State School for a presentation on cyber safety.
The students and I discussed what they do and say online, and who they do or say things with. We also chatted about what online games are appropriate and who to tell if they were to become a victim of cyber bullying.
We finished the presentation with a delicious morning tea and the students got to meet and socialise.
The students said they got a lot out of the presentation, and teachers were pleased to have the four schools come together to discuss cyber safety.
Thanks for having me!
