Fatal traffic crash, Highland Park
Police are investigating a fatal traffic crash that occurred this afternoon in Highland Park.
Officers were called to Fleet Street around 5.15 this afternoon following reports that a woman had been struck by a car.
Initial information suggests that the woman was walking behind the car when it rolled down a slope and ran over her.
The woman was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
