Four charged with public nuisance, Cairns City

One 17-year-old Bentley Park man and three male boys have each been charged with one count of public nuisance, after an incident in Cairns City last night.

A disturbance broke out at about 6:25pm last night near the corner of Shields Street and the Cairns Esplanade, where a group of males were involved in an altercation.

A short time later police located the offenders on the corner of Lake and Aplin Streets Cairns, where the four males were arrested and transported to the Cairns Watch House.
