Homicide, Yandaran
A 34-year-old man is in custody assisting police with their inquiries following the death of a 57-year-old man at a residence in Yandaran last night.
Around 9pm, police were called to an address on Monduran Road following reports of a disturbance between two men.
On arrival, police located a man with a number of stab wounds. Police administered first aid until emergency services attended, but the man passed away at the scene.
A crime scene has been established, with detectives from the Bundaberg Criminal Investigations Branch conducting investigations.
A 34-year-old man was located at another address and taken into police custody.
The pair were known to one another.
