House fire Loganlea
Police are investigating a fire that destroyed an unoccupied house at Loganlea in the early hours of this morning.
Around 3.35am emergency services attended the Richards Street property where they found a double storey brick residence well alight.
The building, which was due for demolition, was completely destroyed.
Investigations into the cause of the fire are ongoing.
