House fire, Southport
Police are investigating after a serious house fire this afternoon at Southport (September 6).
At about 3.40pm, police observed the house well ablaze in Meyer Street.
Emergency services attended and were able to extinguish the fire.
Substantial damage was caused to the property as a result of the incident however no one was injured.
Investigations are continuing.
