Runaway Bay police engage with community at local seniors expo
Officers from Runaway Bay Station yesterday joined local community organisations at a Seniors Expo hosted by Cr Kristyn Boulton, Division 4 councillor for the Gold Coast City Council.
The community expo held at the Labrador Community Hub highlighted the local community organisations available to seniors.
Volunteers in Policing (ViPs) and Runaway Bay Neighbourhood Watch group 3 provided information in relation to services available from the QPS.
The event was well received by all participants and demonstrated the partnerships being developed between the QPS, GCCC and local community organisations.
