I bought 2 of these and 1 of the same with gateway so that I can connect them on internet through the bluetooth gateway. The seller is very responsive when I had difficulties installing it and sent the link to a installation video. I had problems too with connecting it to smart life and the seller provided instructions and I managed to get them linked to internet. The product is great with cool features to add fingerprints. If you are a landlord, you can use this feature to add your tenant and program it to be valid for the period your tenant is in your home. You can also get alerts when the door is opened. The lock uses 4 AAA batteries which are easy to buy in Singapore and if you are replacing your existing door locks with 650 mm lock size, it is pretty easy and you can keep the existing latch. I replaced the locks myself. Very happy with my purchase and they were at a good price. Most of the locks that look similar are standalone and unable to network. So this is a rare exception.

Excellent lock. It took time to arrive by chile post office that are slow, because by the seller I arrive quickly to the country. It has a very good quality product and the Bluetooth version is certainly better than the WiFi versions in terms of configuration and energy saving. I recommend 100% seller and product.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
