Tablelands overnight wrap, Wednesday October 24
Break and enter, Atherton: Police are investigating after businesses were broken into in Atherton.
Initial investigation suggest that unknown people have attended the businesses on the Kennedy Highway between 9pm on Wednesday October 18 and 1:30pm Tuesday October 24.
The unknown people have entered a storeroom at one of the businesses and removed paint before pouring it over a football oval.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
House fire, Arriga: Police are investigating a house fire in Arriga that occurred overnight.
Initial investigations suggest the house on Randazzo Road, caught fire at about 12:45am and it took firefighters until about 3:30am to get it under control.
The two-story house has been totally consumed by fire.
Investigations are continuing but it is not being treated as suspicious.
