Drink driving, Atherton: Police have charged a woman after a traffic intercept in Atherton on Friday night.
It will be alleged police intercepted the 21-year-old local woman on Main Street at about 10.45pm and when required to provide a roadside breath test, she returned a reading of 0.080 per cent.
The driver is scheduled to appear in the Atherton Magistrates Court on September 19, charged with one count of drink driving.
Burglary, Mareeba: Police are investigating after a residence in Vaughan Street was broken into on Friday evening.
Initial investigations suggest that unknown people have broken into the residence between 5.30pm Friday evening and 11.30am Saturday morning and stolen a set of car keys and a silver Toyota Camry, bearing Qld Registration plates 914IXJ.

Drugs, Mareeba: Police have charged three people after a traffic intercept in Mareeba on Saturday afternoon.
It will be alleged police intercepted a 48-year-old Westcourt man on the Kennedy Highway at about 3.20pm and when required to provide a roadside drug test, provided a positive result. It will further be alleged that he was so in possession of a dangerous drug. He is expected to appear in the Mareeba Magistrates Court on September 25.
Police will also allege that when an emergent search was conducted on the vehicle two passengers were also located with drugs. It will be alleged that a 51-year-old Yorkey Knob man who was the front seat passenger was located with used syringes, drug utensils and a knife. He is expected to appear in the Mareeba Magistrates Court on August 28.
A 45-year-old Manunda woman, who was a rear seat passenger was also located with dangerous drugs and used syringes. She is expected to appear in the Mareeba Magistrates Court on August 28.
Drink driving, Tolga: Police have charged a local woman after a traffic intercept in Tolga on Sunday afternoon.
It will be alleged police intercepted the 57-year-old local woman on Hall Road at about 2.30pm and when required to provide a roadside breath test, she returned a reading of 0.148 per cent.
The driver is scheduled to appear in the Atherton Magistrates Court on September 5, charged with one count of drink driving.
