Disobey red light, Condon

Police have issued an infringement notice to a driver for disobeying a red light on Riverway Drive, Condon yesterday evening.

Police will allege at about 6.10pm the driver of a Nissan Patrol proceeded through a red light colliding with a Mazda CX-5. Both vehicles were damaged and towed. The driver of the Mazda was admitted to hospital for treatment for sprains and strains. The driver of the Nissan was not injured.

A 53-year-old Majors Creek woman was issued with an infringement notice for $378 and 3 points.
