Update: Fatal traffic crash, North Quay

A 57-year-old man has died in a two vehicle crash at North Quay, Brisbane City this morning.

Preliminary information suggests that around 5.40am, a motorcycle and vehicle collided in the outbound lanes of North Quay.

The rider of the motorcycle, a 57-year-old man from Victoria, was transported to the Princess Alexandra Hospital and passed away a short time later.

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating the crash.

Any witnesses or motorists with relevant dashcam is urged to contact police.
