Update: Homicide, Yandaran
A 34-year-old man has been charged following the death of a 57-year-old man at a residence in Yandaran last night.
Around 9pm, police were called to an address on Monduran Road following reports of a disturbance between two men.
On arrival, police located a man with a number of stab wounds. Police administered first aid until emergency services attended, but the 57-year-old man passed away at the scene.
A 34-year-old Yandaran man has been charged with one count of murder – domestic violence offence and is scheduled to appear in the Bundaberg Magistrates Court this morning, September 6.
