Wounding, Mansfield
Police are investigating a wounding incident which occurred in Mansfield this afternoon.
Just after midday today, emergency services were called to a Luprena Street address following reports of an altercation between two men which resulted in one man being wounded.
A 45-year-old man was transported to the Princess Alexandra Hospital for treatment to a non-life-threatening injury to his chest.
A 35-year-old man is currently assisting police with inquiries.
The two men are known to each other.
Investigations into the incident are continuing.
