Wounding, Nerang
Detectives are investigating the discovery of a man with stab wounds at a house in Nerang last night.
Around 6.30pm, police attended an address at Dargo Street where a 31-year-old man had been located with two stab wounds, one to the arm and one to the stomach.
He was taken to the Gold Coast University Hospital where he remains in a serious but stable condition with non-life threatening injuries.
A crime scene was declared with detectives and specialist police services attending.
Police are appealing for any witnesses to the incident to come forward.
Investigations are ongoing.
